Role Overview
Do you have the ability to focus on details one minute and then see the big picture the next Our Social Media Support Specialist will. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Global Rescue Social Media Manager to set digital marketing strategies on our social media channels with the goal of growing our B2B and B2B2C and B2C business units. The candidate will then execute this strategy while making data-driven optimizations and strategy adjustments as business conditions change. The candidate may also play a role in expanding our thought leadership marketing strategies and expanding our social footprint into additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and forum-based platforms. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills, and is part of a close-knit Global Rescue marketing team that spans the United States, Puerto Rico, the Philippines and Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Creatively leverage our content creation team to make the most of existing and new material to distribute on social media
- Build existing B2B and B2B2C relationships by engaging with our partners across social media channels
- Introduce GR to new capabilities and lead expansion into new platform presence opportunities
- Analyze what's working on existing platforms and create content that aligns accordingly
- Work closely with Global Rescue's Social Media Manager and other marketing team members to ensure organic and paid efforts are aligned on Meta, and LinkedIn
- Use LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator to further Global Rescue's business goals
- Provide general marketing support to the team and assist with various projects as needed
Qualifications
- Extensive previous experience managing multiple social media accounts on behalf of a brand
- An understanding of the type of content that's effective on LinkedIn in this industry
- Experience managing team member LinkedIn profiles and creating content for thought leaders
- Nimble, hard-working and multi-talented.
