Social Media Support Internship

Ytviews Online Media LLC, established in 2017, specializes in music and video content distribution. The company serves over 50 countries globally, including India, and caters to creators such as bloggers, influencers, YouTubers, musicians, singers, and content creators. Additionally, Ytviews operates a platform named CREATORSHALA, which supports bloggers and influencers across categories such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, travel, and luxury. CREATORSHALA connects creators with the right brands, enhancing opportunities for collaboration and content creation.

This is a remote internship role for a Client Support Premium Intern. The intern will be responsible for supporting clients by addressing their queries, resolving concerns, and enhancing their overall experience. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining positive client relationships. The intern will work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and assist with achieving business goals.
