Your Role
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding marketing efforts by repurposing content, managing social media channels, and supporting brand growth through consistent, high-quality output.
You Will
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form formats such as Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Transform transcribed notes and internal materials into compelling blog content
- Collaborate with the team to increase marketing output while ensuring brand consistency
- Support content organization and publishing workflows, including Shopify updates when needed
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Strong experience in social media management and content creation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to edit and produce short-form video content
- Excellent writing skills for blogs and marketing copy
- Must have hands-on experience in content-focused execution
- Creative mindset with the ability to repurpose content across multiple formats efficiently
Preferred Skills/experience
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Open to high-potential junior candidates
- Can do short forms of YouTube videos.
- Experience working in a dedicated marketing or content production role
