Job Description
- Manage and execute daily social media content across assigned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Create, publish, and schedule engaging promotional and brand content for casino products and campaigns
- Support online promotions and marketing campaigns through social media channels
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand image
- Monitor social media performance including reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Track social trends, competitor activities, and viral content relevant to the casino and gaming industry
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and CRM teams to ensure content alignment
- Assist in basic community moderation and escalate sensitive issues when required
- Ensure all content complies with gaming regulations, responsible gaming policies, and platform guidelines
- Maintain content calendars and performance reports
Requirements
- Candidate who is an influencer or KOL , or has experience building a personal social media brand, is highly preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 23 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content-related roles
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content formats (reels, stories, short videos)
- Basic knowledge of online casino or gaming industry is an advantage
- Good writing and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
