Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing the social media team and leads the execution of digital plans and execution of the brand's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Growth & Content Management

  • a. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand reach across all social platforms
  • b. Oversee the creation, scheduling, and execution of social media content in all platforms.
  • c. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, messaging, and campaign objectives.
  • d. Analyze KPIs, generate performance reports, implement optimization recommendations
  • e. Influencer & trend Integration in contents to drive more awareness and conversion.

2. Campaign & Product Launch Management

  • a. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating in stakeholders, and executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • b. Oversee campaign execution, ensure alignment with brand and digital marketing strategy.
  • c. Analyze campaign metrics, prepare insights for Digital Marketing Manager.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • a. Support the Digital Marketing Manager in coaching and mentoring junior social media team
  • b. Guide the team in campaign executions, provide input for content strategy, support junior team members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • 3-5+ years social media experience or any digital marketing roles. Beauty or FMCG related experience
  • Advanced understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and growth strategies for Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Ability to plan, review, and approve visual and written content aligned with brand identity.
  • Expert in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Ability to identify key influencers and integrate makeup/beauty trends into campaigns
  • Basic graphic and video editing software (Canva, Lightroom, CapCut).
  • Strong attention to detail, data-oriented, creative thinker, and problem-solving skills.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, PR, Product Development).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members for high performance.
  • Addresses campaign challenges and operational obstacles proactively.

Trainings (if any):

  • Any Digital Marketing Strategy, Social Media Analytics, Content Planning, Leadership Workshops

Tools Knowledge/Needed:

  • o Advance Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Podcast)
  • o Analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, TikTok Analytics)
  • o Social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • o Editing software (Canva, Lightroom, CapCut).
  • o Presentation tools (Canva, Microsoft Office)
