The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for posting, updating and maintaining all of our social media accounts. She must be a good at writing copy and must be attuned to pop culture, recent events, and Filipino slang and colloquialism.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of all social media communication through various channels including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, community forums, etc.
- Regularly post and schedule content on social media sites such as Facebook Page and Instagram.
- Work with the creatives teams to ensure that content of our social media feeds is aligned with the brand image.
- Identify and negotiate with key social media influencers who we can engage with.
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content with the following but not limited to the original text, images, social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form videos that build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
- Represents the brand during live and on-cam interactions through different platforms (Lazada, IG, FB, TikTok) as well as during company events and / or product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.

- Organized and self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks.
