Job Description

Supports Regulatory Compliance in managing corporate social channels, executing paid advertising campaigns, and driving engagement aligned with RELX brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across [platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, etc.].
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (copy, visuals, video) aligned with brand voice and campaigns.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences to foster community and brand loyalty.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices; propose innovative ideas and experiments.
  • Manage social media calendars, stay within brand guidelines, and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Plan, build, and execute paid social campaigns (ad copy, targeting, budgets, A/B testing) and optimize for performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, follower growth, ROI) with actionable insights.
  • Monitor and improve Quality Score, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Implement and optimize remarketing and audience segmentation strategies
  • Identify opportunities to scale high performing campaigns
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues proactively
  • Work in conjunction w/ Digital Team to manage SEM campaigns driving web traffic.
  • Collaborate with designers and creators to produce high-quality assets (graphics, short videos, stories, reels, carousels).
  • Support social listening and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with PR, customer service, and product teams for crisis management and timely responses.
  • Monitor compliance with platform policies and legal considerations (disclosures, copyright).

Analytics, Tracking, And Reporting

  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Analyse performance using GA4, Google Ads, and Search Console
  • Build clear, client ready performance reports and dashboards
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
  • Monitor conversion funnels and recommend CRO improvements
  • Forecast traffic, leads, and paid media performance where required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing social accounts and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing integration.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and A/B testing.
  • Strong written and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Buffer; Google Analytics is a plus).
  • Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
