Hometown Communities (HTC) operates manufactured housing communities across Michigan, Ohio, and Texas, providing quality, affordable housing while building vibrant neighborhoods where families thrive. We're growing fast and looking for talented professionals who want to make a real impact!

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced social media specialist who gets community engagement and knows how to turn followers into residents. You'll be the voice of our brand on Facebook and Instagram while bringing past prospects back into our community through smart re-engagement campaigns.

This role moves fast and directly impacts our growth goals, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one. We are looking for someone who can become a Marketing Manager with our company in the future!

What You'll Do

  • Design and schedule scroll-stopping content for Facebook & Instagram
  • Respond to all comments and messages within 30 mins to 1 hour during business hours
  • Track weekly analytics and spot opportunities for improvement
  • Execute email/SMS campaigns to re-engage prospects who went quiet
  • Continuously refine our social strategy based on what the data tells us

What We Need From You

  • Consistent social content calendar (5-7 posts/week)
  • Weekly analytics reports with actionable recommendations
  • Automated follow-up sequences for our prospect database
  • Monthly strategy reviews and performance updates

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years managing business social media (Facebook & Instagram)
  • 2+ years running email marketing campaigns with proven results
  • Strong skills in Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent copywriting abilities for both social and email
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools
  • A self-starter mentalityyou see what needs doing and make it happen
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM (if you type slower, this role isn't the right fit)
  • Full-time availability with flexibility for weekend hours when engagement peaks
