The Social Media Officer is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. The role will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that showcases services, promotes brand, and drives patient bookings. The role will involve managing various social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our clinic remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audiences. Identify KPIs and establish benchmarks to measure the success of campaigns.
Content Creation
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written posts, that highlight the clinic's services and brand. Curate user-generated content and testimonials to build trust and authenticity.
Platform Management
- Manage and maintain active profiles on major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Schedule posts, monitor trends, and engage with communities to increase visibility and brand affinity.
Paid Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to promote services, events, or special offers
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular performance reports on KPIs, audience demographics, and emerging trends to guide future strategies.
Ad Hoc
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Have two-three years experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo and video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling copy and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
