This role is focused on planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content while supporting broader marketing campaigns and business initiatives. You'll work closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube. This is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, digitally savvy, and highly tuned into social media trends, platform behavior, and audience engagement.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across multiple brands
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across:
- TikTok
- Instagram
- Facebook

- YouTube
- Adapt content formats based on platform best practices and audience behavior
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and content assets
- Support basic content production including:
- Graphics
- Short-form videos
- Captions and copywriting
- Monitor and respond to:
- Comments
- Messages
- Online reviews
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and engagement trends
- Prepare reports with recommendations for optimization and growth
- Stay updated with:
- Social media trends
- Platform algorithm changes

- Support social campaigns tied to:

- Cross-channel marketing efforts
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:(Non-negotiable requirements)
- Have 2-4+ years of experience in:
- Social media management
- Digital marketing
- Content marketing roles
- Have strong understanding of:
- Social media platforms
- Platform trends
- Algorithms and engagement strategies
- Have experience creating:
- Social captions
- Short-form videos
- Social media graphics/content
- Have experience using:
- Canva, Adobe, or similar design/video tools
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Are highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Are proactive, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Are confident collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
- Open to PH-based applicants only
