The Marketing & Social Media Supervisor leads the different brands under DigiPlus's marketing operations across B2C markets. This role strengthens brand visibility, drives exposure growth, and ensures all campaigns support revenue goals across digital platforms, social medias channels, and offline events. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution while managing the Ads team and social team closely. Under this position, you would cooperating with the national and international artists / sponsorships / events / influences.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop whole promotion plans for each branding project
  • Lead campaigns for all branding projects online promotion part, including influence promotion , boosting, social media promotion campaigns and any other online promotion programs
  • Create data-driven strategies for growth
  • Set projects'promotion KPIs and performance targets

2. Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Manage advertising across all social media
  • Ensure campaigns meet performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Approve funnels, landing pages, creative concepts, and ad angles
  • Ensure proper tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM)
  • Review weekly performance with the Digital Advertiser

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead the online promotion team
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality output
  • Conduct alignment meetings and make sure the project promotion timeline
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity

4. Content & Creative Direction

  • Approve content calendars
  • Direct creation of videos, reels, educational content, and product-focused materials
  • Review captions, hooks, scripts, and creative concepts
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms

5. Offline Marketing & Events

  • Support seminars, workshops, trade shows, and retail activities
  • Build engagement initiatives for customers and professionals

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards
  • Track engagement, reach, CPA, CRI, ROAS, and exposure impact
  • Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements

Job Experience

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Performance marketing and e-commerce experience
  • Brand management experience
  • Leadership experience managing a marketing team
  • Experience handling multiple brands is a plus
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media data tracking, and funnels
  • Skilled in social media strategy
  • Ability to supervise creatives and content development
