About the Role

We're looking for a driven and creative Social Media Account Executive to join our growing team. If you're someone who understands how to turn ideas into impactful content and enjoys managing multiple brands, this role is for you.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing social media strategies—balancing creativity with performance. From content planning and community management to paid campaigns and reporting, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful results for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who's ready to take ownership of accounts, think strategically, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day social media activity across multiple client accounts
  • Develop and execute tailored content strategies aligned with client objectives and audiences
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Monitor and engage with online communities—responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Ensure all social profiles are optimized, consistent, and aligned with brand identity
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, copy, strategy) to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring smooth planning and execution
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, turning insights into actionable ideas
  • Support live content coverage during events when required
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (especially via Meta Ads Manager)
  • Track performance and prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, pitches, and new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt tone across different brands and industries
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their tools
  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns, particularly Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, branding, and staying ahead of trends
