IT By Design is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Campaign Support to own our Philippines employer brand presence while supporting global marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:

• Own daily social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Create reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels and employee/culture stories.
• Build and manage the monthly social media calendar.
• Partner with HR & Talent Acquisition on recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
• Support global campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, Dripify, UTMs, asset preparation and QA.
• Track social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with global Marketing, Creative, HR and TA teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in digital marketing, social media or recruitment marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with major social platforms.
• Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
• Experience with Canva + video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Basic understanding of HubSpot, UTMs, reporting and campaign QA.
• Creative, proactive, organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
