We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist who can manage and grow our presence across major platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. The ideal candidate will also have experience in creating white papers, newsletters, and understand corporate communication standards to ensure brand consistency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's audience.
- Design and manage paid campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Write and design white papers and newsletters that align with corporate branding and tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content reflects corporate standards and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep the brand competitive.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of corporate communication practices and integrate them into all marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong expertise in Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Proven ability to create white papers and newsletters with professional tone and design.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with corporate branding and communication standards.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B marketing and corporate environments.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
