Social Media Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Daily operations on Xiaomi Philippines social media platform, managing listening, publishing and engagement. Including optimize the content, analyze the data from both ourselves and competitors in order to improve the impression, engagement and brand image.
• Work with internal, agencies, Mi community, platforms and other partners with the goal of finding fast, creative and efficient ways to build and execute innovative social media content plans that connect with our fans and help build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into maximizing engagement.
• Plan and implement Social Media and Community strategy, and programs for the brand.
• Collaborate with service project teams to help launch customer care and support projects.
• Creative content creation as needed
• Work with cross-departments to meet business demands.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced-level English speaker is preferred, or at least professional English copywriting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working in social media, with hands-on management of social media accounts.
• Excellent copywriting skills with basic content creation ability.
• Demonstrate experience in building social media audiences, including hands-on development of creative materials and copy.
• Understand life-cycle customer experience and have passion to create the coolest support in industry.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and can work under pressure.
• Being a Xiaomi fan is a plus.
