Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar and schedule posts across all digital platforms.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts that align with the brand.
  • Organize and coordinate product and lifestyle photoshoots, including managing models, photographers, and shoot schedules.
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media performance, campaign results, and key marketing metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote new collections, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot high-quality product and lifestyle content.
  • Proficient in photo and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
  • Experienced in planning and managing social media content calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledgeable in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, especially in coordinating photoshoots and marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with luxury, fashion, or jewelry brands is an advantage.
  • Passion for fashion, jewelry, and social media trends.
