We are Life in Motion, a Fort Worth, TX-based, female-owned and operated digital marketing agency. We specialize in data-driven marketing strategies that help our clients grow their businesses with measurable results. We are looking for a loyal, dedicated Virtual Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and results.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with growth potential for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to support our clients social media presence. We value loyalty, work ethic, and integrity above all else. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. hours, graveyard shift in the Philippines) with a 30-minute break.

Starting Pay & Benefits:

• $5 USD per hour starting day one
• Full medical benefits after 90 days
• Holiday pay and PTO after 90 days
• Pay increases based on merit at 90 days and annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and post pre-approved content on client social media accounts
• Monitor and engage with comments and followers on social media accounts daily
• Generate reports using Google Analytics, Google Console, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Compile reports in Adobe InDesign (training provided)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely posting and reporting

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working a graveyard shift (U.S. hours)
• Impeccable English communication skills, written and spoken (call center experience is a plus)
• A modern computer with Windows 11 or Mac iOS Tahoe, minimum 500GB storage (internal or external)
• 50 Mbps+ hardwired internet connection (not WiFi)
• WiFi backup and power backup in case of internet outages
• Familiar with CRM, Project Management software like Asana and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain reliable attendance
• Must be exclusive to this role (no multiple jobs)
