Position Title

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (WITH US MARKET EXPERIENCE)

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer with strong experience in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokboth organic and paid. The ideal candidate must also have solid graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) and be capable of editing high-quality videos using CapCut or similar tools.

This role involves creating content, managing paid campaigns, growing social communities, and optimizing performance across multiple digital platforms. The ability to handle multiple brands or projects at the same time is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Create eye-catching graphics, layouts, and promotional materials using Canva and Photoshop
  • Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and short-form content using CapCut or similar editors
  • Manage and grow communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain an active presence
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media and ad performance metrics
  • Stay updated on social platform updates, design trends, advertising best practices, and viral content formats
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer/Manager
  • Required: Hands-on experience running and optimizing ads on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Must-have graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
  • Video editing expertise (e.g. CapCut or similar video editors)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously (Industries: Drayage and Intermodal Transport, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Storage with Amazon FBA, Truck Parts E-commerce Retail, and Truck & Trailer Repair Shop)

Work Requirements

  • Remote work set-up with reliable internet and capable equipment
  • Available MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Willing to work in Zoom with screen shared during work hours except breaks
