ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant who can take real ownership of our social media presence. You'll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to execute content across platforms, create graphics and short-form videos, and help turn our online presence into an actual business driver. This isn't a passive support role — we want someone who's hands-on, creative, and cares about results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Social Media & Content
- Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create static graphics and motion graphics aligned with our brand
- Edit and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) — this is a strong advantage
- Maintain and follow a content calendar to keep output consistent and timely
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to keep our community engaged
Performance & Growth
- Track post and campaign performance metrics across platforms
- Identify trends, opportunities, and content improvements based on data
- Support lead generation efforts through strategic content and engagement
- Help grow our follower base and online visibility organically
Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator on campaign planning
- Flag content ideas, trends, and competitor insights proactively
- Ensure all content is on-brand, timely, and properly formatted per platform specs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Proven, hands-on experience managing social media pages (please include links in your application)
- Strong portfolio showing both static/motion graphics AND video editing work — this is non-negotiable
- Clear understanding of social media trends, hooks, and what drives engagement and shares
- Ability to connect content strategy to tangible outcomes: leads, inquiries, conversions
- Reliable, self-directed, and communicates proactively — we're a lean team and can't micromanage
Nice to Have (but genuinely valued)
- Experience running or boosting Facebook/Instagram ads
- Copywriting ability for captions, hooks, and CTAs (we provide direction, but your voice helps)
- Background working with small brands or startups — experience with large-follower accounts doesn't always translate, and we value people who know how to build from scratch
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Type: Part-time, 20-24 hours per week
- Location: Cebu City-based preferred
- Schedule: Part-time, evening shift starting 6:00 PM (flexible scheduling after 6:00 PM)
