Your Role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of Mend.io's social media presence, primarily focused on LinkedIn and YouTube, but including other platforms as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting, monitoring, and responding across all designated social media channels.
• Developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Using tools like Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Analyzing and reporting on social media analytics (KPIs, metrics) to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Partnering closely with the Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to source, create, and adapt content.
• Managing and running the employee advocacy program to boost employee engagement and reach on social media.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube + X/Twitter, Instagram/Threads
• Proven ability to execute social media strategy and manage content calendars.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate insights.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in social media management, within a B2B or technology/SaaS environment. Experience managing an employee advocacy program is a plus.

Communicate openly with the entire team and provide clear, complete instructions whenever assigning tasks to the creative department so projects can actually be executed.
