Social Media Manager

ROKiT | Full-Time | Remote – Philippines

$1,200 USD PER MONTH (STARTING)

ROKiT is hiring Social Media Managers based in the Philippines to join our global social media team.

You will work directly under ROKiT's Head of Social Media and help manage, grow, and optimize ROKiT's global presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for people who understand how social platforms actually work, know how to create engagement, and are comfortable being responsible for the day-to-day performance of major brand accounts.

Each Social Media Manager may be responsible for managing up to four ROKiT brand accounts at a time, including responsibilities such as:

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Write captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and other platform-specific copy
• Engage with followers through comments and appropriate community interactions
• Monitor account activity and respond to engagement in a timely manner
• Identify trends, sounds, formats, and content opportunities
• Optimize posts for reach, engagement, views, and follower growth
• Repurpose content appropriately across different platforms
• Maintain consistent brand voice and presentation
• Track social media performance and provide regular reporting
• Identify high-performing and underperforming content
• Make recommendations based on analytics
• Work closely with the Head of Social Media on content calendars, campaigns, launches, and priorities
• Maintain organized content schedules across multiple ROKiT brands
• Stay current on platform changes, algorithms, trends, and best practices

This is a full-time remote position.

Candidates must be available for one of the following shifts:

Shift A: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Pacific Time

Shift B: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Applicants should understand that these hours are based on U.S. Pacific Time and will therefore require working nontraditional hours in the Philippines.

$1,200 USD per month

Candidates must:

• Be based in the Philippines
• Have previous professional social media management experience
• Be experienced with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Understand social media analytics and performance metrics
• Have excellent written English
• Be able to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Be highly organized and able to follow a content calendar
• Understand current social media trends and short-form video
• Be comfortable working independently while reporting to the Head of Social Media
• Have their own reliable computer
• Have reliable high-speed internet
• Have a reliable work environment suitable for the required shift
• Be dependable and consistently available during scheduled working hours

Preferred: Experience managing consumer brands, entertainment, sports, lifestyle, technology, or e-commerce accounts.

This isn't simply a post what you're given position.

We want Social Media Managers who actively work to improve the accounts they manage — increasing reach, engagement, followers, video views, and overall brand visibility while maintaining a consistent ROKiT brand presence.

You will have access to ROKiT's content and direction from the Head of Social Media, but we expect you to bring ideas, identify opportunities, and take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your assigned accounts.
