Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow our presence across social platforms and professional communities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Open and proactive mindset;
  • Passion for growth in a fast changing environment;
  • Basic knowledge of computer network infrastructure IP address, network proxy;
  • Previous work experience in IT, tech or SaaS companies
  • Proven experience as an SMM, Community Manager, or Content Distribution Specialist (SaaS or tech products preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Reddit, Quora, and forum-based marketing.
  • Understanding of online communities, moderation best practices, and platform rules.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and follow content guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Register, manage, and moderate brand communities, including Subreddits, Quora Spaces, and relevant professional forums .
  • Distribute company content consistently across social media channels and communities (Reddit, Quora, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, niche forums, etc.).
  • Monitor comments, discussions, and direct feedback across all channels; respond professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Track engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics to assess performance and optimize posting strategies.
  • Actively identify new communities, forums, and platforms where Proxy-Cheap can establish a valuable presence.

KPIs and Success Metrics

  • Community growth (members, followers, subscribers)
  • Engagement rate (comments, upvotes, shares, replies)
  • Quality and sentiment of user feedback
  • Traffic and assisted conversions from community channels
  • Response time and community interaction consistency
