Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow our presence across social platforms and professional communities.
Required Skills and Experience:

- Basic knowledge of computer network infrastructure IP address, network proxy;
- Previous work experience in IT, tech or SaaS companies
- Proven experience as an SMM, Community Manager, or Content Distribution Specialist (SaaS or tech products preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Reddit, Quora, and forum-based marketing.
- Understanding of online communities, moderation best practices, and platform rules.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and follow content guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Register, manage, and moderate brand communities, including Subreddits, Quora Spaces, and relevant professional forums .
- Distribute company content consistently across social media channels and communities (Reddit, Quora, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, niche forums, etc.).
- Monitor comments, discussions, and direct feedback across all channels; respond professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Track engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics to assess performance and optimize posting strategies.
- Actively identify new communities, forums, and platforms where Proxy-Cheap can establish a valuable presence.
KPIs and Success Metrics
- Community growth (members, followers, subscribers)
