We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing daily content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their brand goals and translate those into engaging, on-brand digital content.

Overview of the role

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Plan, ideate, and schedule daily content across multiple social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

• Work directly with clients to understand their social media needs and help bring their

vision to life

• Assist in crafting platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and

communication goals

• Analyze campaign and post-performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize

future efforts

• Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, algorithms, and digital culture, and

translate them into relevant, engaging content

Job Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (Fresh

graduates are welcome—we value talent, creativity, and potential!)

• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Filipino — ability to write punchy, witty, and

brand-appropriate content

• Proficiency in using major social media platforms and tools such as:

• Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, and more

• Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities

• A genuine passion for social media, a keen eye for trends, and a desire to constantly

learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
