Primary Goal
The Social Media Manager will lead both the strategy and execution of the company's social media presence, creating content, managing the calendar, and engaging with the audience to grow brand awareness. This role works closely with the founder to ensure all messaging reflects the company's voice and values while monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

s1. Strategy & Brand Voic
- eDevelop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest)
- .Write, edit, and finalize captions, posts, and blogs in a consistent and engaging brand voice
- .Build LinkedIn presence from scratch, optimizing profiles and implementing growth strategies
- .Monitor trends and adapt strategies to keep content fresh and relevant
.2. Content Creation & Repurposin
- gTurn raw video, audio, and photo content into compelling posts across platforms
- .Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content with strong hooks, captions, and branding
- .Create static posts, carousels, quotes, and graphics tailored to each platform
- .Maintain consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all channels
.3. Video Production & Desig
- nRecord, edit, and produce high-quality reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other video formats
- .Add captions, effects, trending audio, and graphics to optimize engagement
- .Design graphics and promotional assets (social posts, story highlights, banners, email graphics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
.4. Campaign & Launch Managemen
- tPlan and manage launch timelines, including teasers, countdowns, promo assets, and post-launch nurture campaigns
- .Coordinate purchase links, discount codes, and affiliate partnerships
- .Collaborate with leadership to determine launch dates, pricing strategies, and promotional flow
.5. Community & Engagemen
- tActively engage with followers (comments, DMs, tags, shares) to build trust and loyalty
- .Cultivate relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners to expand reach
- .Monitor boosted posts, engagement groups, and collaborations to maximize visibility
.6. Analytics & Optimizatio
- nTrack key metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions)
- .Conduct A/B testing on captions, graphics, and video formats
- .Report insights and recommend strategies for improved performance
- .Adjust posting schedules and content strategies based on data-driven insights
.7. Systems & Organizatio
- nPlan and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars

- .Organize assets, caption banks, and content logs in shared drives
