Job Description

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home role ideal for someone who understands content, engagement, analytics, and brand voiceand knows how to turn social media into real business results.

You will own social media strategy, content creation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short-form videos)
  • Manage daily social media activity across all assigned platforms
  • Write compelling captions and hashtags aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; engage with followers professionally
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and report insights
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and content formats
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy based on performance
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

  • Short-form video editing experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or influencers
  • Basic knowledge of paid social advertising
  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
