Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City. This role involves managing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and curating engaging content, optimizing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, curating content for the verticals and digital channels and collaborating with various teams to align content with marketing objectives. The role also includes actively monitoring trends and engaging with the online community to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Communication and Writing to effectively engage audiences
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy aligned with company goals
• Knowledge of social media analytics, tools, and platforms
• Excellent eye for graphic design
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
