Performance Monitoring - Track and analyze the performance of contest-related content, including engagement, reach, and entry trends. Provide weekly insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Participant Outreach - Notify participants who do not meet contest criteria, providing constructive and clear feedback.
Reach out to qualified participants with next steps, congratulations, or additional requirements.
Respond to questions or concerns from entrants in a timely and professional manner.
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Social Media, managing fanpages, social media planning, creating content, with a strong interest in advertising and the media industry, consumer trends on social media, especially TikTok.
Passionate about new media and digital content, with a strong interest in social media content creation.
Have experience in seeding community content, PR plan, and PR content.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and business judgment skills.
Excellent written, interpersonal & communication skills, comfortable with talking to international stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross-functional teams.
Good at Canva, Capcut, Word, G-Suite tools, and Marketing tools.
