We are seeking a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager with strong graphic design skills who is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. This role focuses on managing social media, creating content and graphics, and planning ongoing posts, while also supporting a portion of Virtual Assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, and Facebook)
• Plan, create, and schedule posts
• Design visually appealing, on-brand graphics for content. (Reels, short-form video's, photos, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members with overall brand goal
• Assist with administrative/Virtual Assistant tasks
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills
• Expertise in graphic design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Ability to create engaging, on-brand visuals and graphics
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in handling Facebook and Instagram Meta platforms, including analytics, insights, ad management, and content scheduling tools
• Experience in community engagement and social media growth strategies
• Must be available to work on weekends and during daytime hours (Philippine Time)
