The Social Media Manager focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media platforms. They are in charge of maintaining the brand identity and growing the engagement of TPL PH's in-house and client accounts. They oversee all the brands interactions with the target audience by creating and implementing content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends, and planning digital campaigns to build online communities.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize social media strategies and campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and any other social media platforms
- Create content ideas and work closely with the Graphic Designer to create visuals for all brands under the company
- Write and copy edit captions
- Build monthly content calendars and coordinate with clients and supervisors for approvals
- Plot and schedule content on social media scheduling platforms
- Incite and monitor engagement for all accounts they'll be handling
- Create quarterly and monthly social media analytics reports and generate ideas and suggestions on how to improve statistics
- Communicate with the COO and clients directly to build content according to each brand's guidelines
- Monitor, answer, and direct social media inbox inquiries to the proper department involved
- Collaborates with partners, influencers or contractors included in social media campaigns
- Conceptualize and oversee shoots for social media content
- Produce relevant Instagram reels, stories and Tiktoks
Requirements:
- Must be Davao-based
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or any related field
- 1 year of relevant internship or work experience. Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational skills
- Good time management and work efficiency
- Must be creative, thinks outside the box, and well-informed about emerging social media and pop-culture trends
- Must be sociable and have a pleasing personality
- Basic G Suite Skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Tagalog
- Presentation skills is a must
