Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and customer feedback.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or related field.
- Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional SEA languages being a plus.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including graphics and videos.
