Job Overview
You'll spearhead sophisticated social media automation strategies that drive explosive growth for an exciting pre-launch platform. This isn't your typical social media role you'll be implementing advanced growth hacking techniques, managing complex automation workflows, and executing strategies that generate thousands of strategic interactions daily. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge automation tools while building a massive community from the ground up.

- Paid Hours per Week: 20
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm | Pacific Time

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage large-scale commenting automation strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Create and maintain multiple social media accounts using advanced IP management and browser techniques
- Execute strategic commenting campaigns targeting relevant accounts to drive profile views and website conversions
- Develop account warming strategies to maintain authenticity and avoid platform violations
- Create engaging, viral-potential content tailored specifically for US audiences
- Brainstorm and execute innovative growth hack ideas to accelerate follower acquisition
- Monitor and optimize automation processes to maximize signup conversion rates
- Manage complex multi-account workflows while maintaining platform compliance
- Collaborate directly with leadership team on growth initiatives and strategy refinement
- Experiment with different content formats and strategies to identify viral opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience with social media automation tools and advanced growth hacking techniques
- Strong technical understanding of IP address management and browser-based automation methods
- Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to create content for US markets
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously without platform violations
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest algorithms and best practices
- Understanding of conversion optimization and growth funnel strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage complex automation workflows
- Bonus if you have experience with startup environments or pre-launch growth campaigns
