Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Kajabi) – 100% Remote
We are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support content creation, social media management, community engagement, marketing automation, and creator outreach. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong social media execution with hands-on experience using AI and marketing automation tools.
About the Role
You'll support the day-to-day execution of social media and digital marketing initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels. Your responsibilities will include short-form video editing, AI-generated content, community management, creator and UGC outreach, ManyChat funnels, newsletter automation, and AI-assisted content creation. You'll also provide support during weekly live Q&A sessions and help ensure that content and communications remain consistent with the brand's voice. This role requires someone who can execute independently, stay organized, and comfortably work across multiple marketing tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Create and edit Instagram duets and other platform-native video formats.
- Use AI tools to create and enhance video and marketing content.
- Create on-brand copy and scripts for teleprompter videos using AI tools.
- Reach out to parents and community members to request permission to repost submitted videos.
- Manage ManyChat funnels across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor and maintain automated social media messaging and engagement flows.
- Manage online communities by responding to straightforward questions and comments.
- Identify medical or specialized questions and escalate them to the appropriate team member rather than responding directly.
- Engage with followers and help maintain a responsive and positive online community.
- Research and reach out to creators, influencers, and UGC partners for potential collaborations.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups with potential content partners.
- Provide support during weekly live Q&A sessions, including sending relevant PDFs and resources to parents.
- Manage newsletter and email marketing automation using Klaviyo.
- Support integrations between Klaviyo, Claude, and other AI or automation tools.
- Create and automate promotional emails, course-purchase emails, and other customer communications.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support content ideation, copywriting, scripting, and marketing workflows.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across social media, email, and digital content.
- Support additional social media and digital marketing initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI-generated content and familiarity with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with ManyChat, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook funnels.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing and automation platforms.
- Understanding of email sequences, promotional campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Experience with community management and responding to social media comments and messages.
- Ability to recognize when questions should be escalated rather than answered directly.
- Experience with influencer, creator, or UGC outreach is strongly preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt content to an established brand voice.
- Comfortable creating scripts and marketing copy with AI assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to manage recurring tasks independently.
- Comfortable learning new digital marketing and AI tools quickly.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Experience with Kajabi or similar course/creator platforms is a plus.
