The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media Designer and Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our team remotely and support our Melbourne-based creatives. This is a full time contractor role, Monday to Friday, working closely with our team to produce high-quality design and video content for a portfolio of Australian clients.

We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, a genuine eye for design, and the skills to produce content that meets the standards of the Australian market.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing social media assets across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn using Canva
• Editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok using CapCut
• Bringing creative direction and fresh ideas to client briefs — not just executing instructions but actively contributing to the creative process
• Researching trends, aesthetics, and content formats relevant to each client's industry and audience
• Delivering work to a consistently high standard, on time and with attention to detail
• Communicating clearly and proactively with the Melbourne team throughout the week

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in Canva and CapCut — you know these tools inside and out and can produce premium quality output in both
• A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases both design and video editing work at a high level
• A genuine creative leader — someone who brings ideas, references, and creative energy to the team rather than waiting to be told what to do
• An understanding of social media content trends and what performs on each platform
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• Experience creating content for Australian, US, or UK markets is highly regarded
