We're looking for someone who can manage our social media account and gets how content turns into attention, attention turns into trust, and trust turns into revenue.
This role is for a creative thinker + strategist who knows how to turn ideas, stories, and data into short-form content people actually stop scrolling for.
What You'll Own:
- Develop the creative strategy for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Turn business insights, founder stories, and lessons into high-performing video concepts
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs that don't sound like LinkedIn word salad
- Study what's working (and what's dying) and iterate fast
- Collaborate with editors, founders, and marketers to shape content that converts
- Track performance and explain why something workedor didn't
What You'll Be Doing Daily:
- Ideating scroll-stopping hooks (the first 2 seconds mattereverything else is optional)
- Translating long ideas into punchy, emotional, relatable short videos
- Testing formats, tones, angles, and storylines
- Refining messaging based on retention, saves, shares, and comments
- Keeping us culturally relevant without chasing every dumb trend
- Posting and manage comments and DMs
Requirements
- Understand short-form psychology (why people stop, stay, and share)
- Can balance storytelling + strategy (not just this feels viral)
- Are obsessed with creators, brands, and founders who win on social
- Can explain your thinking clearly (no trust me bro strategies)
- Are comfortable working with founders and real business stories
- Move fast, take feedback well, and don't get emotionally attached to bad ideas
