Social Media Content Specialist

岗位职责/Responsibilities

1. 负责用户社区的搭建与日常运营(社群/私域社区);Manage and operate online user communities (fbtg groups/ private communities)
2. 通过内容、话题和活动提升社区活跃度与用户参与;Increase community engagement through content, topics, and events
3. 分层运营用户,维护核心用户与KOC;Segment users and manage core users and KOCs

任职要求/Requirements

1. 1年以上社区/用户运营经验;1+year experience in community or user operations
2. 良好的沟通能力与执行力;Strong communication and execution skills
3. 有用户增长或转化意识;Understanding of user growth and conversion
4. 有海外或英文社区经验优先;Overseas or English community experience is a plus
