Job Responsibilities

1. Social Media Account Management

Responsible for the daily operation of the community account, including content publishing, user interaction replies, and community maintenance; continuously propose optimization plans based on operational data and user feedback. Need to have practical operational experience and understand the topics and content preferences of local users.

2. Partner Communication & Project Coordination

Communicate and collaborate with MCN agencies and other agencies to promote the implementation of cooperation projects and coordinate relevant resources to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperation plans.

3. Content moderation and quality control/Content Review & Quality Control

Responsible for reviewing and checking relevant content to ensure that the published content complies with platform standards, brand requirements, and communication effects.

4. Cybertribe operations optimization/Community Operations Optimization

Possess experience in Cybertribe operations, able to conduct regular operational reviews and data analysis, identify issues, and propose executable optimization and improvement plans.
