About the Role
You will work closely with the Brand Manager to translate brand strategy, messaging, and campaigns into compelling, on-brand social content that drives awareness, engagement, and credibility. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and execution-driven—able to produce content quickly while maintaining a consistent and polished brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation (Core Responsibility)
- Design daily/weekly social media assets across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create:
- Static posts (carousels, graphics, announcements)
- Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Paid ad creatives (visuals + simple motion)
- Translate briefs from the Brand Manager into high-quality, on-brand visuals
- Short-Form Video Production
- Edit engaging short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips
- Stay updated on trends and adapt them to fit Upfrnt's brand voice
- Brand Consistency & System Execution
- Ensure all content aligns with Upfrnt's:
- Brand identity (colors, typography, style)
- Tone and messaging
- Maintain and evolve reusable templates for:
- Social posts
- Ads
- Content series
- Content Collaboration & Execution
- Work with the Brand Manager on:
- Content calendar planning
- Campaign execution
- Support rollout of brand initiatives and campaigns across social channels
- Coordinate with marketers or founders to extract ideas into content
- Performance Awareness
- Understand what content performs well and why
- Iterate creatives based on engagement and campaign results
- Suggest improvements to format, style, and structure based on performance

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in social media design or content creation
- Strong visual design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
- Experience in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus)
- Good understanding of social media formats and trends
- Ability to work quickly and handle multiple assets per week
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
