Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is a global leader in cross-border payments and money transfer services, helping millions of consumers and businesses send and receive money worldwide. They are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to drive organic growth across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience building or managing social media channels and creating engaging short-form video content that drives views, engagement, and audience growth organically.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content from concept to publishing
- Handle ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and posting
- Develop engaging hooks and platform-native storytelling formats
- Adapt trending content quickly to maximize organic reach
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics
- Collaborate with internal teams using provided briefs, insights, and data
Requirements
- Proven experience growing TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or similar channels
- Strong portfolio with measurable performance (views, engagement, growth, viral content)
- Hands-on experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver content
Nice to Have
- Experience in finance or fintech industry
- Basic YouTube SEO and content optimization knowledge
- Experience with content planning or calendars
Additional Information
- Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
- Contract until end of 2026
- Remote or office-based depending on preference
- Candidates are preferred to use their own equipment
- International collaboration with teams across Singapore, Sydney, and the Philippines
- B2B contract, pay rate up to 17$/h.
