Your Role

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will:

• Edit engaging social media marketing videos showcasing products and services across various digital platforms.
• Liaise directly with company leadership on a daily basis to clarify project priorities, creative direction, and upcoming video production requirements.
• Track and manage all assigned projects, deliverables, and task statuses using Monday.com.
• Maintain brand consistency, pacing, and visual storytelling standards across all video content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine raw footage into high-performing promotional video assets.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong portfolio of previous video editing work showcasing social media marketing, product, or service content.
• Hands-on proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Proven capability to manage project workflows, deadlines, and task tracking using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Direct communication skills for daily project alignment with business leaders and directors.
• High creative sense for visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and social media video trends.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience editing short-form video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, basic color grading, sound design, and text/subtitling overlays.
• Proven ability to work independently, self-manage project queues, and meet tight turnaround schedules.
• Experience organizing and archiving video media assets within collaborative cloud platforms.
• Strong adaptability to dynamic project requirements and creative feedback loops.
