Role: Social Media Backer

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across social platforms
• Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan content calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Design visual and video content using tools like Canva or similar
• Schedule posts and monitor social media activity
• Track performance and report on social media analytics
• Support social media ad campaigns
  
  

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and trend-aware
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Creative with design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Highly engaged with online platforms and content trends
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable
• RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
• Headset with a noise-canceling feature
• High Definition Webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 10 MBPS
