Social Media Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence and build a vibrant community. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing interactions, and growing our audience through strategic engagement and influencer outreach.

Schedule:

Part Time - 20h per week - Flexible within EST business hours

Responsibilities:

• Design and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to all comments and direct messages in a brand-consistent voice.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase follower count and improve engagement rates.
• Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats like Instagram Reels and TikToks.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's aesthetic vision through consistent visual storytelling.
• Report on performance metrics and adapt content strategies based on audience feedback.

Requirements:

• Professional background in social media management and digital content creation.
• A strong visual portfolio demonstrating ability to create high-quality, aesthetic content. (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Excellent written communication skills for professional community management.
• Proven experience with influencer outreach and collaboration processes.
• Ability to work independently while meeting regular content deadlines.
• Bonus if you have prior experience working with fitness or lifestyle brands.
• It helps if you are proficient with modern content editing and social media scheduling tools.
