We are looking for a creative, high-energy, and detail-oriented Social Media & Community Manager to own our digital presence, tell our brand story, and keep our audience hungry for more.

If you live on TikTok and Reels, know how to handle a busy inbox with grace, and have a proven track record in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, we want you on our team.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (photos, Reels, TikToks, Stories) that showcases our menu, atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes culture.
  • Platform Management: Fully manage and optimize our presence across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Tiktok and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Audience Growth: Implement organic strategies to actively increase our follower base, boost engagement rates, and drive foot traffic/online orders through social media.
  • Community Management & Customer Service: Act as the digital voice of our brand. Monitor and promptly answer all inquiries, comments, and direct messages (DMs) across all channels, converting casual scrollers into loyal customers.
  • Social Listening & Trends: Stay ahead of F&B trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm changes to keep our brand relevant and top-of-mind.

## Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically as a Social Media/Community Manager within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. (Please provide a portfolio or links to accounts managed).
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X, including their respective analytics, best practices, and culture.
  • Content Skills: Strong mobile photography/videography skills and proficiency with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to match our brand voice—witty, welcoming, and professional.
  • Organization: Ability to manage a content calendar, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
