The Role:

The Social Performance & Insights Executive plays a key role in transforming raw campaign data into meaningful, commercially valuable insights. This role suits someone with experience across organic and paid social campaigns particularly creator-led campaigns who can interpret performance trends and translate them into clear optimisation recommendations. While strong data handling is required, the emphasis of this role sits in insight development rather than reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analysis
  • Analyse organic and paid social campaign performance across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including creator-led campaigns.
  • Identify patterns across key metrics including retention, saves, shares, CTR, CPM, engagement rate, and conversions.
  • Benchmark performance across markets, campaigns, and creators to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Distinguish between performance driven by strong creative concepts versus distribution or targeting mechanics.

Insight Generation

  • Translate performance data into clear, strategic insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance across creative hooks, pacing, targeting, and creator selection.
  • Support internal teams by developing performance narratives and insights for client reporting.
  • Contribute performance insights for case studies, internal knowledge sharing, and award submissions.


Collaboration

  • Partner with the Data Operations Executive to ensure campaign data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis
  • Provide feedback on dashboard design and reporting structures to improve insight extraction.
  • Support Campaign Managers with performance summaries and optimisation recommendations.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in social media marketing, paid media, influencer marketing, or creator-led campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of key social performance metrics such as retention, engagement rate, share rate, save rate, CTR, CPM, and CPA.
  • Comfortable working with datasets, including basic data cleaning and organisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into commercial insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience analysing performance across TikTok, Instagram, or creator-led campaign environments.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting tools, dashboards, or performance analytics platforms.
  • Experience contributing to campaign case studies, performance reports, or marketing insights documentation.
