Your Role
As a
Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, you will support the company's marketing efforts by creating, repurposing, organizing, and publishing engaging content across digital channels. You'll play a key role in maintaining a consistent social media presence, maximizing existing content, and helping the marketing team increase its overall content output.
What You'll Do
- Create, schedule, publish, and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
- Repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form formats such as Reels and Shorts.
- Transform transcripts, notes, and existing internal materials into engaging and well-structured blog posts.
- Adapt existing content into multiple formats to maximize its reach and marketing value.
- Support the planning and execution of content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Maintain organized content libraries, assets, and publishing workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve content consistency, output, and overall execution.
- Assist with content-related updates and publishing activities on Shopify, when applicable.
- Monitor ongoing content requirements and proactively identify opportunities to repurpose existing materials.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Strong experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
- Experience editing and producing short-form video content, particularly for social media.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging blog content and marketing copy.
- Ability to manage multiple content streams, deadlines, and publishing requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce/content management platforms.
- Experience repurposing long-form videos, webinars, interviews, or other existing content into multiple formats.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and content management tools.
