yWe are seeking a Social Marketing Operations Engineer with strong social media and Sprinklr experience to support our enterprise tech client's content amplification strategy across 8+ social platforms; automation and optimization of content workflows; and management of digital communities. This role bridges digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics, enabling scalable and efficient campaign execution across social and content platforms

Key Responsibiliti

esSocial Media Manageme

  • ntPartner with content and creative teams to support timely content amplification on channels with +800K follower
  • s.Manage and optimize social media content across multiple platforms using Sprinklr & Adobe Workfron
  • t.Develop best practices for governance, tagging, and native platform usag
  • e.Manage integrations between AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or other CMS platforms and Sprinklr to streamline content workflow
  • s.Own end-to-end metadata tagging strategy for content landing on client social media account
  • s.Stay up to date on latest social trends, features, and tools and understand how to implement them for social campaigns deliver

y.Stakeholder Manageme

  • ntCollaborate with multiple groups of stakeholders and focus on shared outcomes using data and insights to help broker any challenge

s.Analytics & Performance Optimizati

  • onAnalyze, track and report on social media performance using Sprinklr Analytics, Adobe Workfront and Power BI reporting dashboard
  • s.Generate insights and recommendations to improve process intake and operational efficienc

  • ns3+ years of enterprise experience in social media managemen
  • t.Hands-on experience with Sprinklr for social posting, automation, and analytic
  • s.Strong working knowledge of social platforms: TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, et
  • c.Experience supporting YouTube video readiness and publishing workflow
  • s.Excellence in supporting creative social media content, planning, strategy, and collaboratio
  • n.Expert knowledge of best practices and cultural trends for Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), et
  • c.Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to demonstrate result
  • s.Experience with A/B testing, paid social campaigns, and performance marketin
