yWe are seeking a Social Marketing Operations Engineer with strong social media and Sprinklr experience to support our enterprise tech client's content amplification strategy across 8+ social platforms; automation and optimization of content workflows; and management of digital communities. This role bridges digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics, enabling scalable and efficient campaign execution across social and content platforms

- ntPartner with content and creative teams to support timely content amplification on channels with +800K follower
- s.Manage and optimize social media content across multiple platforms using Sprinklr & Adobe Workfron
- t.Develop best practices for governance, tagging, and native platform usag
- e.Manage integrations between AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or other CMS platforms and Sprinklr to streamline content workflow
- s.Own end-to-end metadata tagging strategy for content landing on client social media account
- s.Stay up to date on latest social trends, features, and tools and understand how to implement them for social campaigns deliver
