Strategic Planning
- Develop GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth roadmaps for clients
- Plan long-term strategies beyond day-to-day campaign management
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze sales data, traffic sources, and conversion rates
- Identify bottlenecks and performance trends
- Make actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
Commercial Negotiation
- Negotiate commercial terms, exclusive product bundles, and campaign participation with brand owners
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Operations, Livestream, and Marketing teams
- Ensure seamless execution of livestream campaigns
Performance Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, Click-Through Rate, Average Order Value)
- Adjust strategies in real-time during livestream events
- Provide insights for improving engagement and conversion
Campaign Management
- Oversee execution of livestream campaigns from setup to reporting
- Coordinate resources across multiple platforms
- Ensure brand guidelines and client expectations are met
Client Reporting and Insights
- Deliver clear and actionable post-campaign reports
- Provide insights to support future campaign strategies
- Communicate results effectively to stakeholders
