Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth roadmaps for clients
  • Plan long-term strategies beyond day-to-day campaign management

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze sales data, traffic sources, and conversion rates
  • Identify bottlenecks and performance trends
  • Make actionable recommendations for campaign optimization

Commercial Negotiation

  • Negotiate commercial terms, exclusive product bundles, and campaign participation with brand owners
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Livestream, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure seamless execution of livestream campaigns

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, Click-Through Rate, Average Order Value)
  • Adjust strategies in real-time during livestream events
  • Provide insights for improving engagement and conversion

Campaign Management

  • Oversee execution of livestream campaigns from setup to reporting
  • Coordinate resources across multiple platforms
  • Ensure brand guidelines and client expectations are met

Client Reporting and Insights

  • Deliver clear and actionable post-campaign reports
  • Provide insights to support future campaign strategies
  • Communicate results effectively to stakeholders
