The GOOD People Network is a creative agency working with some of the most dynamic brands in the world. We are looking for a Social Insights Analyst for our client Netflix Philippines social channels.
Netflix is a global streaming entertainment service with over 221 million paid memberships in over 190 countries. As a Social Insights Analyst for our Netflix Philippines social channels, you'll conduct performance analysis, monitor audience conversations, and collaborate on creative solutions from data insights.
The Work
- Analyze Netflix Philippines social channels and present findings.
- Monitor audience conversations and contribute insights to growth strategies.
- Recommend creative solutions from data.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize content for platforms.
- Monitor competitors and identify trends and consumer behavior.
- Perform daily checks including audience reactions and sentiment.
- Lead the aggregation of audience insights and shape social campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights based on channel performance and trends.
- Collaborate with the team in content posting.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and discussions.
What we need from you:
- 3-4 years experience working with social insights in an ad agency, as part of a communications or marketing team, or in an editorial department
- Deep knowledge of pop culture and is passionate about entertainment and all things movies and TV shows.
- Has a keen understanding of the social media landscape: platform best practices and consumers (social) media behaviors.
- Has knowledge or has used social listening tools to track data.
- The ability to speak and write in English and Tagalog is important
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaborate with the wider team.
