We are a team of creative, community focused fan experts who bridge the gap between the casual listener and the super fan. Focusing on the ANZ and SEA regions, we connect artists and vibrant local movements. We build fan ecosystems, nurture digital and physical communities and foster relationships with the audiences who love our artists.
Your Role
As our Social & Community Operations Executive, you will be growing and nurturing the communities, channels and digital spaces that fans meet to engage with the artists they love. You will work to ensure that fan journeys are intuitive and rewarding by maintaining and improving the digital pathways that connect artist ecosystems. You will provide insights to artists and the business about community sentiments and opportunities.

Your Role
As our Social & Community Operations Executive, you will be growing and nurturing the communities, channels and digital spaces that fans meet to engage with the artists they love. You will work to ensure that fan journeys are intuitive and rewarding by maintaining and improving the digital pathways that connect artist ecosystems. You will provide insights to artists and the business about community sentiments and opportunities.
Here You'll Get To
- Manage the daily moderation, fan interaction & experience of artist fan communities.
- Oversee social content scheduling across official label and artist HQ pages.
- Maintain channel hygiene & upkeep of public facing artist surfaces such as websites & social media platforms.
- Provide insights and context to the business about what's happening in artist communities
- Provide ground-level support for fan events, activations, and community building specifically within the Philippines.
- Assist the Social & Community campaign manager in project management and planning
- You have a proven background in social media management, community operations, or digital marketing within music, entertainment, or pop culture.
- You are highly organized, capable of handling multi-artist schedules, managing campaign timelines, tracking budgets, and meeting deliverables.
- You understand digital channel hygiene, CRM data collection, link tracking, and community moderation best practices across major social and streaming platforms.
- You enjoy diving into campaign data and social analytics to evaluate performance, report back to key stakeholders, and optimize future strategies.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and ready to assist with local fan activations, listening events, media opportunities, and community-building initiatives in Philippines.
- You are a proactive team player who communicates clearly across local, regional, and international teams, artist management, and external partners.
- Experience growing or participating in fan communities
- Music or entertainment industry knowledge or experience
- Existing contacts within Philippines media, fan clubs, digital agencies, or local influencer/KOL networks.
- Prior experience collaborating within regional matrix structures (specifically ANZSEA markets).
- Experience planning or executing non-traditional marketing stunts, grassroots street team tactics, or creative viral campaigns that spark online culture.
