Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in SMT or PCB assembly manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of SMT processes, materials, and equipment
  • Hands-on experience with SMT machines, preferably Panasonic equipment
  • Solid understanding of reflow profiling and soldering processes
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and ESD control practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
