Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SMSFs within Class Super, processing and reviewing transactions accurately
- Complete bank and investment reconciliations, resolving unreconciled data feed items as they arise
- Prepare fund records and supporting documentation for accountants, tax agents and auditors
- Support SMSF establishment through NowInfinity, including corporate trustees and bare trust documentation
- Coordinate rollovers and contribution processing, following up clients for outstanding documents
- Maintain Xero bookkeeping, covering reconciliations, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
- Liaise directly with accountants, auditors and solicitors on fund matters as needed
Must-Have Qualifications
Before you apply, confirm:
- You have hands-on experience administering SMSFs within Class Super
- You've worked in an Australian SMSF administration or accounting environment
- You're confident using Xero for reconciliations, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
- You can manage a fund portfolio independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- You're available for part-time hours during Australian business hours
- Your written English is strong enough to liaise directly with accountants and auditors
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with NowInfinity for SMSF, trustee or trust establishment
- Exposure to commercial property, LRBAs or bare trust structures within SMSFs
